Mexico Lindo Galeria: featuring Jaime Sánchez

A native of Cordoba in Veracruz, Mexico, Jaime Sánchez has been painting and illustrating since the age of 15. As a young man, he became proficient and successful as a commercial graphic designer. He has continued painting and studying, perfecting his techniques and exploring diverse types of media. Although he has focused mainly on indigenous themes, Jaime says that he doesn't seek to communicate any particular style or philosophy; rather: "I only feel the need to paint". Now 38, his popularity continues to grow, and his work becomes more and more compelling...a graceful reflection of his joy and life experience in a land of bounty and beauty.
