¡Hola, Friends of Mexico Lindo! We're hoping that May will be sunny and merry after a dreary and difficult winter, and we'll be beginning with Cinco de Mayo, which will also be our 7th anniversary in the store. Jean-Pierre will be making mole Oaxaqueño for everyone that is free to drop by on Thursday the 5th between 4:00 and 7:00 pm. We know that weekdays are difficult for many, but hope that some of you can join us! We appreciate your steadfast patronage and friendship, and hope to mark the occasion with you.
With Mothers' Day following quickly after Cinco de Mayo on May 8th, we have some great gift ideas for you. Above, an Otomi runner embroidered with sunflowers, available in two widths, from $40-$80. Right: another heavyweight handmade linked necklace and bracelet, $210 and $94.
